The Leading Forward program is designed for companies who invest in cultivating young managers and leaders. As employees grow within an organization, sometimes they're asked to move into supervisory or managerial roles without having the knowledge or experience to do so. They are then expected to know how to be good leaders, coaches, and develop their teams. Our Leading Forward program is intended to introduce young managers and leaders to the basic principles of leadership and to impart skills that they can begin to use immediately.
